Using Your Talents

God knew what he was doing when he gave us a special set of talents and opportunities.  Now, God wants us to use those talents for Him.  So here’s the big question…are we going to use those talents for Him or not?

We are instructed to be faithful stewards of the gifts that He bestows upon us.  However, we live in a world that encourages us to do the opposite.

Our society that is filled with countless opportunities to squander our time, our resources, and our talents. We must be watchful for distractions and temptations that might be lead us astray.

If we're sincerely interested in building a career, let us build it on the talents that God, in His is divine wisdom, has given us.  It is a waste to build a career around talents we wish He had given us.

God has blessed us with unique opportunities to serve him and He has given us everything we need to do so. 

Accept God's challenge.  Nourish it, make it grow, and share it with those around us.  The best way to say “Thank You” for God’s gifts is to use them.

1 Corinthians 7:7 - Each one has his own gift from God, one in this manner and another in that.
